ACCOMMODATION
Reservations for accommodation are managed by the hotels that are tied up with Kyoto University. Participants should make their hotel reservations in advance by using the Hotel reservation form enclosed with the 2nd circular. The form can also be downloaded from below.
Kindly return the form by FAX to the hotel which you have chosen from the following two hotels: Kyoto Royal Hotel & Spa (FAX: +81-75-223-1702) and Holiday Inn Kyoto (FAX: +81-75-781-6178). The rooms will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis. We strongly recommend you book as early as possible. Any changes in the reservation must be made to the hotel.
N.B. In case of hotel cancellation, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
